What is the RadiologyAssist program?
The RadiologyAssist program provides mammograms and other diagnostic imaging studies nationwide at a low, affordable, all-inclusive rate. The cost of a mammogram starts at $200 and is dependent on the center you choose. The rates through the program are far lower than the typical self-pay rate charged by an imaging center.
Where can I have the mammogram done?
RadiologyAssist offers mammograms at select participating healthcare facilities across the nation. At this time, mammograms are available for fixed all-inclusive rate in most metropolitan areas around the country. You can find the closest facility to you using the links below.

What is the cost of a mammogram through the program?

What does our mammogram flat rate pricing include?
Our mammogram cost is truly an all-inclusive rate. It includes all costs related to the procedure and there are no hidden charges. The price includes:
1) Imaging center facility fees 2) Radiologist fees to read the study 3) Copy of the images 4) Formal report
What does our mammogram flat rate pricing not include?
1) Follow Up Care : Our rate only covers the mammogram and does not cover follow up treatment after the study. 2) Transportation : Our rate does not cover transportation to and from the center.
I’d like to get a mammogram. What is the process?
Scheduling a mammogram through our program is simple and quick. In most cases, you can probably have your scan on the same day.

What are the payment terms?
Payments for imaging studies scheduled through the program are due to RadiologyAssist by 12pm the day prior to the scheduled appointment. If a same day appointment is scheduled, payments are due immediately after scheduling. Payments can be made to the program with debit card, credit card, HSA card, ZIP, check or money order. Payments can not be made at the imaging center at the time of the appointment.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Our program is committed to making imaging affordable. We understand that life is unpredictable and you can cancel your appointment at anytime without any penalty. If you’ve made a payment you will receive a full refund.
Do you provide other diagnostic imaging studies?
Yes. RadiologyAssist provides the following studies at this time :
1) MRI 2) CT Scan 3) X-Ray 4) Ultrasound 5) PET Scan 6) DEXA
Will I get my procedure reports and results?
Yes. Just like a mammogram performed with any provider, you will receive a detailed report from a radiologist after the scan is rendered. RadiologyAssist will ensure that you and your designated referring physician will receive a copy of your reports. If you would like a copy of your images, make sure that you ask for a copy for your records prior to leaving the center.
Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for my MRI?
Yes. You will receive a statement from our program that should be used when filing Form 8889 with your taxes. Using your HSA and FSA accounts to pay for your MRI is a good way to lower your out of pocket cost.
How much does a mammogram cost on average?
Prices for mammogram vary greatly depending onthe city and facility you select.
